Jacinthe Carlier is a creative technologist and technical writer at the intersection of art and human-computer interaction. Her work combines sound, visuals, text and AI to explore how complex technologies can be transformed into engaging and meaningful experiences—whether for artistic expression or for user experience of digital products. 

With a background in cultural coordination and media technology, Jacinthe brings a strong ability to translate technical concepts into accessible narratives.
In 2016, she moved to Seoul, South Korea, where she spent six years, including three as a research assistant at the AI Media Lab at Sogang University. There, she worked on interactive and multimedia installations and did research on generative AI and acoustic levitation. Her role involved contributing to creative production, technical development and documentation.

Now based in Ottawa, Canada, Jacinthe works across creative and technical contexts, with her main activity working on AI products’ linguistics and interactivity.
